Dr. Silvia Binder, N.D., Ph.D.,MWF, is the Founder of The Binder Institute for Personalized Medicine in Southern Germany and the CEO of the Ondamed Companies in New York, Germany, and Nigeria. She was born in Germany, and grew up in Vienna, Austria, where she earned her degree in business. A motorcycle accident at the age of 15 brought her into a coma for 21 days and announced clinically dead 5 times. She spent her 16th year of life recuperating from her injuries, bound to a wheelchair. Her life changed dramatically ever since by having heightened awareness. Her personal story with her 5-year old son fueled her passion for naturopathic and energy medicine in an integrative personalized and precision wellbeing medicine model. After receiving her diploma in naturopathy from the College of Naturopathy in London, U.K. followed by her Ph.D. degree in naturopathy from the Open University for Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Sri Lanka.
Dr. Binder is an expert in the history and practice of energy medicine and its use today with state-of-the-art Bio Medicine and the German technology, Ondamed. Dr. Binder lectures at diverse scientific events globally and offers specialized courses on Integrative Energy Medicine for healthcare practitioners. She works with community hospitals, university clinics, private clinics and practices in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, and North- and South America. She treats chronically ill patients from around the world in her private practice and offers virtual consultation. She is shareholder of Zymonetics ACI the B Corp Stem Fellowship & Health innovation trust for population prevention health compliance as a Canada Health 2030 (Canada), a faculty member of Medical Wellness Association MWA (USA), Scientific Advisory Board Member of Daivam (India), contributing author for FAIM (USA); Dr. Binder is an expert committee member of the TCAM department of the Ministry of Health in Nigeria, and she is a member of Integrative Medicine West Africa. She is the author of several peer reviewed articles and the book “ONDAMED – a story of love, healing, and medical revolution”.
